OPEN CO-WORKSPACE ON LOOP
OPEN CO-WORKSPACE at 109 Loop Street, formerly known as Floris Smithuijs, was said to be the residence of one of Cape Town’s early residents, Floris Smit. Built in the late 18th century, the building has distinctive 18th & 19th century features, including a beautifully preserved Georgian spiral staircase and yellow wood floors. The building has operated as a chemist, antiques store and a fine dining restaurant before it was converted into it’s current state a co-working space.
