OPEN CO-WORKSPACE at 163 Bree is a calm and inviting co-working office in the hub of the Mother city. It is tailor-made for architects and designers who wish to collaborate creatively. Historically the building holds great value. According to the 1833 Cape Almanac, the residents of Bree Street included builders, coppersmiths, and shoemakers – a long legacy of craftsmanship.
